Read and Publish agreement with KESLI - Korea

The Korean E-resource Service for Library (KESLI) has made an agreement with Cambridge University Press to support Open Access publishing.

If you are affiliated with a participating institution, you can publish your article Open Access (OA) - at no cost to you - in gold and hybrid journals.

Participating institutions:

• Korea Institute of Machinery & Materials
• Konkuk University Medical Center
• Korea Development Institute
• Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs
• Korea Institute for International Economic Policy
• Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials
• Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology
• Korea Institute of Science and Technology
• National Evidence- based healthcare Collaborating Agency
• National Human Rights Commission of Korea
• National Institute for Mathematical Sciences
• National Pension Service
• Samsung Medical Center

Easily check your eligibility to publish OA under this agreement, and the journals available to you, by using our OA Waiver & Discount checker tool. In addition, you can enjoy access to Cambridge University Press journals content.

To be eligible, articles must:

• Have a corresponding author affiliated with a participating institution as listed above.
• Be original research – eligible article types are research articles, review articles, rapid communications, brief reports and case reports
• Be accepted for publication in a Cambridge University Press journal covered by the agreement
• Be accepted for publication from 1 January 2025.

KESLI와의 오픈엑세스로 전환계약인 (Read and Publish)  협약 – 한국어

The Korean E-resource Service for Library (KESLI) 케임브리지 유니버시티 프레스와 오픈엑세스 출판을 위한 OA 전환계약을 체결하였습니다. 

참가 기관에 소속된 연구원은 골드 및 하이브리드 저널에 오픈액세스로 -본인 부담 비용 없이- 논문 출판이 가능합니다.

기관 전체 목록 및 각 기관에서 선정한 저널 패키지는 여기를 클릭해 주세요.

본 협약을 적용하여 오픈액세스 출판을 할 수 있는지 여부 및 이용 가능한 저널은 오픈액세스 비용 면제 및 할인 확인 도구에서 간단히 확인할 수 있습니다.

또한, 케임브리지 유니버시티 프레스 저널 자료 열람도 가능합니다.

자격 요건을 갖추려면 해당 논문은 반드시,

• 위 목록의 참가 기관에 소속된 교신저자여야만 합니다.
• 원저 연구여야 하며, 논문 유형은 연구논문과 리뷰논문, 서신, 요약 보고서, 사례 보고서입니다.
• 이협약의 적용을 받는 논문은 케임브리지 유니버시티 프레스 저널에 등재됩니다.
• 등재 결정은 출판일 2022년 1월 1일 이후여야 합니다.
