Extract

The neuropathological problems which arise from prefrontal leucotomy may be conveniently divided into three groups.

The first group is concerned with the analysis of the anatomical and possible other factors which may influence the prospect of recovery. This group is naturally of the greatest practical interest to the psychiatrist and, for this reason, will require our foremost attention.
