The International Review of the Red Cross is delighted to congratulate award wins for articles published in the journal.
2025 ANZSIL Publication Prizes:
The Article/Book Chapter Prize (ECR) was given to Marnie Lloydd for '"Sticking together while standing one’s own ground": The meanings of solidarity in humanitarian action' (2024), published in 106 International Review of the Red Cross 269.
2025 ASIL Interest Group Awards:
The Francis Lieber Prize for outstanding article in the field of IHL is awarded to Blair Kuplic and Jonathan Sawmiller for their article “Humanity on the final frontier: Challenges in applying international humanitarian law to modern military space operations,” published by the International Review of the Red Cross in 2024.
An Honorable Mentions was given to Ben Farley and Alka Pradhan for “Establishing a Practical Test for the End of Non-International Armed Conflict,” published in the International Review of the Red Cross in 2024.
