Extract

S. 646 and H. R. 3576 — to implement further the constitutional right to bail by authorizing, in appropriate cases, the release on a personal recognizance of persons otherwise eligible for bail.

S. 309 — to create a commission to be known as the Commission of Noxious and Obscene Matters and Materials.

H. R. 848 — to abolish the death penalties under all laws of the U. S. except the Uniform Code Military Justice, and authorize the imposition of life imprisonment in lieu thereof.
