Extract

During a five month's visit in 1977-78 to the United States and Canada for studies and research I several times received questions about the incidence and punishment of crimes against life in Sweden.

These questions have occasioned this report about the phenomenon, which concentrates on cases handled by me personally as a public prosecutor or by my office.
