Abstract

Abstract

The author pleads for a renewed criminal policy, which nonetheless upholds the conquests that have already been attained and cannot be renounced, but tends to obtaining a possible consensus between the parties involved in the penal conflict and, in as short a space of time as possible, to re-establishing juridical peace and by this means restoring community expectations that have been undermined by the crime.
