Now that we are nearing the end of the workbook, it’s time to reflect on your positive body image journey. You have likely faced challenges and experienced changes along the way. One way to guide the reflective process is to review your “take-home” realizations from each chapter (see Assignment 2.14). Another possibility is to think back to how you thought and felt about, and behaved toward, your body when you started this process. Compare it to how you think, feel, and behave now (see Assignment 23.1 for a guide).
