Summary

Chapter 10 presents an overview of available statistical software to perform Direction Dependence Analysis (DDA) and related methods and provides sample applications of an implementation of DDA in the R statistical programming environment. Applications of standard DDA for unconditional causal effects as well as CDDA for conditional causal effects are provided using real-world data examples. Software implementations for DDA and CDDA together with additional introductory material are freely available on the website www.ddaproject.com.
