    • Examples.zip is a compressed website that includes online versions of all boxes in the book for which there is a symbol for online/expanded. Expand the archive, then click on index.html to launch the website. The folder into which the archive has been expanded should be the home folder for any R session to make the code run smoothly. It includes the data files for each example.

    qk-exercises.pdf is a PDF version of the exercises. It has links to relevant papers and data sets, plus suggestions for working with those data sets. The pdf includes links to relevant papers and data sets, plus any R code for initial exploration of the data sets. This is a slightly simpler version of the exercises on GitHub.
