Read and Publish Agreement with the Singapore Alliance of University Libraries (SAUL) – Singapore

The Singapore Alliance of University Libraries (SAUL), that represents the six autonomous university libraries, has joined Cambridge University Press to support Open Access publishing.

If you are affiliated with the participating institutions below, you can publish your article Open Access (OA) in gold and hybrid journals at no cost to you.

• National Institute of Education
• Nanyang Technological University
• National University of Singapore
• Singapore Institute of Technology
• Singapore Management University
• Singapore University of Technology & Design

To be eligible, articles must:

• Have a corresponding author affiliated with a participating institution as listed above.
• Be original research – eligible article types are research articles, review articles, rapid communications.
• Be accepted for publication in a Cambridge University Press journal covered by the agreement.
• Be accepted for publication from 1st January 2025.
