The January 2005 issue of PS: Political Science andPolitics carried a report compiled by the APSA TaskForce on Graduate Education which provides numerous suggestions topolitical science programs nationwide on preparing graduate studentsfor professional careers, improving mentoring and advising, andrevising financial package/plans to support ABDs in their finalstretch (Beltran et al. 2005).
