Abstract

Are you married? Are you dating? What does your spouse do? One wouldthink we learned years ago not to ask such questions of prospectivejob candidates. Nonetheless, several of our candidates on the jobmarket in this interviewing season, both male and female, were askedprecisely these questions—even the one about dating.
