Extract

The track on Global Perspectives/International Models broughttogether faculty working in a variety of settings, including highschools, two- and four-year colleges, and research universities inthe United States as well as overseas. But this diverse group wasfirmly rooted in the shared experiences of similar problems andgoals and a commitment to undergraduate education. The trackprovided an opportunity for instructors of political science toexchange information, develop a series of recommendations, and laythe groundwork for a network of scholar-teachers.
