Abstract

The CKα -emission spectra of the PdxC60 compounds were obtained. To interpret the spectrum and study the Pd - C60 chemical bond structure, the SCF Xα-SW calculations of the clusters simulating the bonding between two fullerene molecules and a Pd bridge atom were carried out. On the base of the obtained data, a diagram of the electron interaction between the Pd atoms and fullerenes was constructed.
