The Journal of Fluid Mechanics is extremely grateful to the work of the fluid mechanics community in reviewing papers. The quality of the reviewing for JFM is key to ensuring the quality of the journal and the long-lasting impact of the published research.

To recognise the work of our community, annually JFM will recognise ‘Outstanding Reviewers’. These reviewers will be selected as representatives of just 1% of all our expert reviewers, based on the timeliness and quality of their reviews, input from the Editorial Board, and a final committee selection.

Outstanding reviewers will be announced in an Editorial and on the JFM website and will receive a CUP Book Voucher.
