Resumen

De sus múltiples entrevistas con 75 víctimas de agresiones intencionales, de hurtos o de robos con violencia, el autor no solamente constata los hechos sino que hace recomendaciones concretas, en particular en lo que se refiere al desarrollo de las sanciones alternativas y a la preparación para la acojida de las víctimas por parte de los servicios de policía.

After interviewing 75 victims of deliberate agression, burglary, or violent theft, the author not only reviews the facts but also draws some conclusions, recommending notably what could be done in the field of alternative sanctions and in the education of the police in dealing with victims of violent crime.
