Abstract

The microsporidian spores infecting some Canadian populations of Tyria jacobaeae have been characterized for the first time at the ultrastructural level. Differences exist between this microsporidian and others described at the same level elsewhere.

Résumé

La microsporidie que l’on retrouve dans certaines populations de Tyria jacobaeae au Canada est caractérisée ici, au niveau ultrastructural pour la première fois. Il existe des différences avec d’autres microsporidies qui ont été observées ailleurs dans les mêmes détails.
