Education transformation starts with understanding the root causes of your education challenges, to ensure greater impact, value for money, and improved learning outcomes. We will work closely with you to define the scope of the analysis, understand your policies and legislation, and engage with stakeholders. Then, we’ll co-develop targeted recommendations and roadmaps to turn plans into action. We will also support you to successfully implement these recommendations.

Together, we’ll maximise your investment in education, leading to measurable improvements in learning outcomes.

What our system analysis offers

Before embarking on any education transformation, it is important to properly understand the root causes of the challenges the system faces. This approach ensures greater impact, value for money, and most importantly, improved learning outcomes.

We will work closely with you to define the scope of the analysis, and understand your country’s policies, tools and processes. We will also listen to your experts, teachers, learners, parents and other stakeholders. From there, we will use the data gathered to co-develop targeted recommendations and detailed roadmaps to turn the plans into action. We will not only support you in developing evidence-based policy recommendations, but also in implementing and operating them successfully.

As part of the University of Cambridge, we have direct access to world-class research, tools, data and expertise in education. Our approach to system analysis and policy recommendations is based on the rigorously tested Cambridge Approach to Improving Education, which acknowledges complexity and focuses on context, coherence and evidence-based interventions. It emphasises that for education to achieve its goals, all parts of the system need to work together. However, this doesn’t mean every part of the system needs to be changed at the same time to see improvements.

Together, we’ll ensure your efforts are effective and your investment in education provides a maximum return, helping to create a thriving society.
