He has worked with ministries of education and development organisations to design and deliver transformative education reforms across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

His expertise combines commercial strategy, business analysis, and financial management with stakeholder engagement and programme delivery. Before joining Cambridge, Calvin worked with ACCA, one of the world’s largest accountancy bodies.
