Dima Zeidan is the Arabic Solutions Manager for Partnership for Education. She has an MSc in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition from the University of Oxford and a BA in Education from the American University of Beirut (AUB).

Dima started her career teaching English as a second language to young learners. She later transitioned to teaching Arabic as a foreign language at the university level, initially through a Fulbright scholarship in the US and subsequently at the Centre for Arab and Middle Eastern Studies at AUB.

Dima then moved to publishing, where she has amassed over 16 years’ experience. She has managed and authored curriculum and teaching and learning materials, as well as provided professional development for teachers and supervisors.

She also leads on Cambridge’s Arabic literacy strategy, driven by her passion to make a difference in the teaching and learning of Arabic.
