Abstract

War and geopolitical conflicts have long posed significant challenges to organizational stability and human resource management. This study examines the role of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in mitigating the impacts of crises triggered by external events, such as a potential conflict involving Iran. By exploring how BCM frameworks can prepare businesses for unpredictable disruptions, this research aims to provide insights into ensuring organizational resilience and recovery. Specifically, it investigates how BCM can address human resource challenges in complex and volatile environments, safeguarding business operations and sustaining performance during turbulent times.
