Abstract

Social enterprises are playing a bigger role in tackling social and environmental issues, the study investigates how leaders influence the success of their organizations in situations where resources are limited. It seeks to understand the roles that leaders and managers have in improving how social ventures work, how they are funded, and the impact they have on society. The secondary data analysis was done by examining peer-reviewed articles and empirical studies published from 2019 to 2024. The analysis aimed to spot common themes and leadership approaches connected to gathering resources, making financial and strategic plans, engaging stakeholders, and using technology in social enterprises. Those who have strong abilities in getting resources, deciding on strategies, encouraging innovation, and promoting inclusive cultures are more likely to impact both social and financial results. It is clear from the findings that effective leadership greatly contributes to the lasting impact of social enterprises. This study adds to the knowledge of leadership in social entrepreneurship by bringing together key points from recent studies. It points out that leaders in social enterprises should use flexible approaches that fit the organization’s specific operations. The results can be used to create leadership and capacity-building programs for social entrepreneurs and nonprofit managers. . It stands out by relating leadership roles to the results achieved in social ventures and suggesting strategies that practitioners can use. The study supports further discussions and practical learning in social entrepreneurship.
